BEVLINK’s Technical breakthrough is to be able to accurately measure the movement of all open portion beverages and compare this movement with the cash received, in Real Time. Bevlink provides, for the first time, accurate information that can be acted upon.

BEVLINK POS and Stock Control software provide a unique and comprehensive management solution for the Hospitality Industry. BEVLINK uses ADC (Automatic Data Capture) technology to provide information that can actually prevent cash and stock losses.

INNOVATION
BEVLINK has revolutionised stock and cash control by collecting Accurate data through the Monitoring and Stock systems and automatically comparing it to the computer Cash register systems, in Real Time. Variance reports give an instant picture of Stock vs Cash balance, not just raw data.

Our philosophy is to remove the responsibility for Stock and Sales data from the staff at the point of sale, this gives the BEVLINK system major advantages over conventional POS hardware. Bevlink's Meter95 stock monitoring and it's impact on the hospitality industry has been compared to the introduction of barcode systems in supermarkets

Conventional stock systems cannot account for bulk beverage products and require complex PLU's to be rung on for each sale. If nothing is rung on then there is no record of that stock movement. As bulk beverage products can account for over 85% of bar revenue, BEVLINK is the only system that really works. Automatically!

BEVLINK monitors, in real time, the flow of bulk products and compares them to the cash register entries. This produces 100% accurate reporting without complex staff training. In fact, only nine keys are required to enter 85% of all sales at the bar. All stock, sales, cash, ordering, liquor register, etc is automatically compiled by the BEVLINK computer with 100% accuracy.

The use of BEVLINK customer loyalty programs requires all sales to be rung on by staff so the customer's card can be swiped for promotional discounts and points, etc giving complete security. BEVLINK is compatible with most gaming machine card systems through the POSGaming Portal.

Nine years of local development has seen the BEVLINK system become the preferred solution to a host of consultants and solution providers. Bevlink uses MSNT4, VB6, SQL Server, and Crystal reports. Some Bevlink clients are using WAN with ISDN, Dial-up and RF. Bevlink POS units are not network dependent and cannot lose data. Bevlink supports a host of third party products such as Hand held remote ordering, Gaming interfaces, scanners and MCR Visual cards. Support is provided using pcAnywhere and Proxy.
