Product Description
Console Gateway 2003 is an integrated software solution that combines Property Management and Sales Management with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), mobile devices, websites and Outlook to form a total real estate system. Designed as a single system to run the entire real estate business it focuses on real estate professionals working more efficiently, achieving cost savings, growing their business and delivering a positive experience to customers every time. Gateway 2003 uses Microsoft SQL Server for performance, reliability and stability to deliver immediate access to information and provide a critical competitive advantage.
1. Gateway 2003 Property Management
Combines residential, commercial and holiday property management with trust accounting, sales trust, inspections, maintenance, reporting, automatic receipt processing, database design, website uploads and Pocket PC synchronisation.
2. Gateway 2003 Sales
Manages the entire sales process from appraisal, listing, advertising campaigns, commissions, result tracking through to sales trust accounting. Assists the sales team to make informed decisions, manage opportunities, track customer relationships and increase sales.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Available across property management and sales to better market and build the business, CRM is based around a contact database with full action logging and includes calendar, tasks, email/mail merge, action tracking, contact categorisation, views and Outlook integration.
4. Pocket Gateway
The Pocket PC version of Gateway 2003 synchronises inspections and maintenance to a Pocket PC, enabling them to be completed while out of the office. All information is transferred to the central database on synchronisation which eliminates the need to re-key data.
5. Online SMS
An integrated SMS feature that sends SMS messages to individuals or groups directly from Gateway 2003 and logs a history against each record.
6. OnlineAgent
With Gateway 2003 at its backend, OnlineAgent is a customer-facing portal with secure login giving the clients of real estate offices access to messages, financial statements, maintenance, inspections and other information about their property. This easy to use web solution built on .NET gives a real estate business content management on their website without requiring the skills of a web developer.

Existing systems have struggled to allow agents to reliably manage more than a few hundred properties in a single database. By using SQL server and client server architecture, Gateway 2003 avoids size/performance limitations that restrict other competing products, due to their old/proprietary database engines.

Successful beta testing
Due to the sensitive and critical nature of the data that Gateway 2003 handles and generates, an extensive beta program is implemented for each new version. Console was founded in 1992 and was primarily focused on the property management segment of real estate until 2003. With the launch of the full suite of integrated products Console has moved in to a new category of software that puts it ahead of all market competitors.
Gateway Today is the screen where users begin their daily work. It is a web-based management system that replaces your diary, to-do list and address book. The days events are clearly listed on a single screen, separated into areas including task, arrears, pending payments, maintenance, inspections and vacancies.
Clicking an item launches the selected action which can be performed and completed interactively within Gateway Today.

Tenants, owners, calendars, contacts and other functions can be launched from the Gateway tool bar. The main contact screen enables you to search, track or filter records and each record contains detailed information about the individual.

Each sales property includes information tracking such as advertising and a history of every action undertaken with the individual. Images, floor plans and virtual tours can be stored against the record and uploaded to industry leading web sites via the WebLink wizard.

Gateway 2003 has a number of intuitive Wizards such as the Reconciliation Wizard that step you through normally complex processes.

Gateway 2003 TPMS is in the design stage and will incorporate the systems of an ideal real estate business as provided by McGrath Real Estate, Australia's leading real estate business. Gateway 2003 TPMS delivers a new step in the easy running and automation of real estate processes and will be launched to the Console Certified Partner channel on 9 March 2004.
