Product Description
‘Intelledox’ is the next generation of intelligent enterprise document creation software. This new software utilises Microsoft Word as its foundation allowing the enterprise to regain control of the document creation process.
Intelledox is an amazingly simple and elegant solution that:
centralizes the enterprise document creation process;
provides simple tools for designing and managing templates;
is a powerful vehicle for complex document construction; and
utilises XML publishing for multi channel output of content eg PDF, Word, email and portable devices.
Electronic business communication has become an extremely complex process in an enterprise environment. The business world is heavily reliant on important and often complex documents that are critical to their success. Productivity, accuracy and compliance issues are haunting executives charged with implementing risk-free processes and new technologies that actually work.
Word-processing at the desktop level is a bad habit of the past. Enterprises that are currently operating this way are vulnerable to a broad range of risk which is every executive’s nightmare: non-compliance; human error; litigation; fraud; low productivity; inaccurate, old or missing information/data; and missed deadlines to name a few. Our research shows that all enterprises face many, if not all, of these issues.
The revolutionary new Intelledox software is an enterprise-wide document creation application, available as a Microsoft Word Add-in or via an amazingly simple web-based application that aids the user in the construction of quality, timely and accurate documents. This solution features template repositories; intelligent interview-style creation; question/decision processing; security controls and database driven resources.
The Australian designed and developed Intelledox software was launched in late 2005 after two years of privately funded research and development. Currently in a commercialization phase, the software has already won a prestigious innovation award in the USA attracting very strong interest from the market, with multiple pilots underway and several prestigious clients on board.

Proof of Innovation
Intelledox features many innovation indicators:
1. Enterprise from the ground up: Intelledox has been developed by some of the best programmers in the country and is from the ground up scaleable, robust utilising state of the art .Net and XML technology.
2. Unique technology: Intelledox features a unique engine that enables the separation of document content from document layout. This enables the native power of Microsoft Word to be unlocked in the document creation process. *see diagram below.
3. Unlocking resources: Provides the enterprise with a technology that enables users at the business unit level to create and maintain their own documents without involving major IT resources or expense.
4. Powerful web component: A no install web component places the power of corporate styles and content combined with corporate data stores on the web. The sophisticated interview style process via the web leads users through complex document construction producing a document, a PDF or selected output.
5. Differentiation from competitors: Competing products use complex programming languages requiring highly skilled IT resources. Intelledox based around MS Word uses the ubiquitous skills that all office workers have. Our drag and drop interface graphically leads the document designer through the complex process.
6. Prestigious international award: Intelledox was awarded an innovation award at the prestigious DEMO event in the US in 2005.
7. An enabler of innovation: Intelledox enables client organisations to integrate the unique engine into their own custom-built systems in order to achieve excellence.

Performance
Real World Performance and Successful Betas
Intelledox has been designed for “the enterprise world” and has been successfully adopted in Beta by the whole of the ACT Government and the Commonwealth Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR).
Within the ACT Government Department of Planning and Land Management, creating a “Development Application” document meant drawing together 16 separate templates and data from four databases. This document used to take on average over seven hours to assemble. Using the Intelledox engine, this document now takes less than two minutes. The Department is now putting forms on-line to enable client self-service. Intelledox front-ends the web interface allowing dynamic document construction based on business rules and data access – there is no such thing as a “standard form” any more!
DEWR maintains responsibility for the delivery of many essential government services. Intelledox has been successfully adopted to assist with service delivery aspects of document creation and the Project Leaders continue to identify other Departmental opportunities where Intelledox can enhance existing and new systems relating to enterprise-wide document creation in order to improve their performance to clients.
Significant User Benefits
A market leader in the financial services sector has chosen Intelledox to underpin technology to generate the complex “Statement of Advice” document. This critical document is the foundation of all financial planning and with the advent of compliance in this sector, must be accurate and turned around quickly. Financial planners take in excess of 4–6 hours to create this document, with no guarantee of accuracy (audibility). Intelledox is being implemented with expected output to be less than the one hour mark, with up to 100 fold increase in accuracy.
Additionally, this organisation has identified a significant new income stream because of the unique performance of Intelledox.

Potential
World-wide Launch a Success
Intelledox was launched at “Demo” in the USA in 2005. Demo is an invitation only event, where 70 companies from around the world present their products to an audience of 1000+ including journalists, industry thought leaders and venture capitalists.
Intelledox was judged to be so unique it won a prestigious “DemoGod” award, the 2nd only Australian company to win.
Massive International Potential
The focus for Intelledox is on international sales through strategic Partners. Having gained significant interest from business leaders and influencers in the USA and Singapore, Intelledox is poised for significant uptake.
International business partners are working with the world’s largest IT integrator to commence Intelledox pilots in some of the world’s largest companies.
Document Management Market
With the current revolution in Document Management Systems, a whole new market has opened up for Intelledox. The concept of “rubbish in” is frightening to a client if millions of dollars have been spent on storage and retrieval… but no consideration is being given to the actual document creation process? Intelledox provides the upstream solution that dovetails perfectly into every EDMS project.
We have commenced working closely with document management suppliers and integrators to provide clients with this enhanced total solution. And the integrators tell us that Intelledox will create a significant new revenue stream for them – a win-win in everyone’s books.

Creating a new business advantage
The market potential for Intelledox is substantial with early sales into government, corporate, legal, real estate and the financial services sectors.
For example in the financial services sector, Intelledox is currently being adopted as an ‘enabler’ for business as it has opened up a large market through its ability to seamlessly take care of complex paperwork that, due to its labour intensity, was previously untapped as it was never profitable. With Intelledox it can be highly profitable.

Company Overview
DPM Consulting is a privately owned Australian company with its headquarters in Canberra. The company has leveraged off over 15 years of successful corporate software development experience and is now focussed on commercialising a single application.
History
DPM Consulting was founded in 1991 and was initially a Microsoft software consulting company. Soon developing clients nationally and internationally, DPM was considered an expert in specific software development; business analysis; financial model construction; and business intelligence. With clients including NRMA, American Express (worldwide), and many government clients such as the Australian National Audit Office, the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, Department of the Treasury, and the Department of Defence, DPM was recognized as a leading developer of bespoke software applications.

Potential
Currently in a commercialisation phase with the f451 product re-branded to ‘Intelledox’, sales planning has been targeted on an international market. Through active partners in Singapore, UK, the Middle East, and the US, DPM is experiencing rapid uptake of the next generation of the radical document creation tool that provides an online document centre where users can generate enterprise documents via the web.
