At Coca-Cola International Andi successfully managed large-scale software quality assurance projects (BASIS II – Coca-Cola’s proprietary ERP system) involving multiple development teams and end-user groups located in Europe and the United States. He also specialized in BASIS II’ sales analytics, supply chain management and EDI applications. At Coca-Cola Amatil, in the role of BIS Global Policy & Communications Manager, he successfully implemented corporate groupware and electronic business strategies and systems. This required Andi to coordinate regional teams in South-East Asia Pacific. In this role he also developed and implemented corporate IT policies and procedures. At Coca-Cola Andi traveled extensively across Europe, the United States and Asia Pacific for various on-site assignments and projects. At Dairy Farmers, in the role of E-Commerce Manager, he successfully developed and implemented a comprehensive electronic business strategy comprising of multiple web-based business solutions. For one of these solutions (Dairy Farmers ‘Milkline’ Extranet), Dairy Farmers was awarded with the MIS Innovation Award in mid-2003. End 2003 Andi founded his own business, E-Novation, specializing in innovative business performance and risk management systems. E-Novation’s ‘BizWise’ balanced scorecard and benchmarking platform won the Consensus Software Award in 2005. E-Novation was also elected as a National Finalist for the AIIA iAward 2005. Some of E-Novation’s customers are respected global corporations who themselves are innovators in their respective industries. Andi is a frequent guest speaker at various industry events in the areas of electronic business and collaborative technologies. He is a graduate of the University of Technology in Sydney. |
