Helen has been in the IT industry for over 20 years. Applications include agricultural research, shipping, financial services and telecommunications. Starting from a programmer her roles have included system administrator, support specialist, team leader. project manager, subject matter expert and process improvement consultant.

From these varied experiences she has learnt the value of QA (initially in cheese production but quickly followed by IT in all its phases) and is former chairman of ASMA/ SQA (NSW)
