Leonard Kay

Leonard Kay has worked in the IT Industry all of his working career (16 years) within the IT operations arena, primarily within the Banking and Finance Industries. 

He started at Databank Systems Ltd in 1984 as a Computer Operator, leaving in 1990 to travel overseas to the U.K where he took up positions with Chevron Oil Company and the Royal Bank of Scotland holding several operational management positions. During this time Leonard was also involved in many projects to grow and enhance the IT support environments including evaluating and testing new hardware and software solutions before implementation. 

Leonard has been at the National Bank since June 1998 and his team is responsible for all of the 1^st and 2^nd level IT support, including Change Management and overall end user service delivery, to the Banks 5,000 staff. Leonard was also been involved in several projects at the National Bank including the National Banks acquisition of Countrywide Bank and the Y2K readiness project.
