Mark was previously an owner of a successful IT integration organisation - CIC technology, which specialised in IT infrastructure, consulting, design and the deployment of LANs,WANs, internet enablement, e-commerce and software development. The business grew over 15 years to become a $50 million business, with clients in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. After successfully selling the business in 1999, Mark went on to work for a multinational organisation where he worked for 3.5 years, successfully restructuring businesses, creating business strategy, direction and systems implementations. Mark is now a Director of Big Sky Contracting, which specialises in providing IT contracting services to organisations. Having a very good understanding of how businesses work, what their requirements are, yet well aware of their restrictions, Big Sky provides an array of professional services ranging from the onset of a big picture, needs analysis and feasibilities to consulting services, product evaluations, project management, administration, functional and design specifications, development and deployment services. Big Sky works with and supports partners and their clients in choosing services that will be best suited to meet requirements for client/s and a successful project, minimising stakeholder risk and exposure, ensuring objectives are met and providing a favorable return on investment. |
