delivery consultant for 15 years, Mark has developed a reputation for
rescuing and delivering projects seen as doomed or impossible. Mark
started his career in Retail Management before moving across to
Distribution Management and then to Retail Banking and Finance. Mark took
a short spell racing Grand Prix motorcycles before moving into Change
Management at ANZ Bank. It was here Mark learnt his Change and Project
Management skills prior to striking out into Management Consulting.
Mark’s diverse business background gives him a unique understanding of
the needs of those decreeing, making and receiving change and the
differing needs of all.
