Patrick has a strong background in ERP and CRM systems implementation and methodologies including SAP R/3 and Siebel products and has experience in a number of industry sectors including Finance, Telecommunications, FMCG, Retail, Service Management and Manufacturing. Since returning to consulting a little over a year ago, Patrick has been assisting clients identifying and applying technology to better support customer facing business processes which satisfy defined corporate strategies. These technologies include Customer Analytics, Business Intelligence, “Classic” CRM and Mobile solutions. |
