Roland founded New Perspectives Business Coaching in 2003 after having owned and run succesful building and consulting companies in Sydney since 1984. New Perspectives Business Caoching works with small business owners to creat sustainable business growth. Roland solves dilemmas in business, makes you more effective and works with you to clear the roadblocks on the road to business growth that lasts. Besides his experience as a builder Roland has broad experience as an IT consultant and network administrator, and has carried out extensive training and study in Solution focused models of counseling and coaching, as well as NLP, humanistic counseling, facilitating and training. |
