To his baccalaureate in mechanical engineering, Stuart has acquired post graduate qualifications in Management, Applied Computing and is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Stuart’s particular interest is with innovation, leadership of engineering personnel and robust design and development processes. Stuart is the Principal of Oddsox, a consultancy practice that assists small innovators to mature their business and operations. |

Weylandsmith has nearly 25 years experience in the management of technical
programs. In recent years he has focused on smaller, innovative companies
and the management of R&D programs involving such diverse technologies
as underwater acoustics, software, aerospace structural integrity and
electronics.
